– Responsible for providing assigned clients with continuous support for their needs and managing the harmonious business relationship with the client through excellent customer service.

– Develop and own brand voice and tone. Make sure content meets our high editorial standards, reflects our voice & brand guidelines and provides benefits to our target audience and customers
– Develop the standards and best practices for creating, managing, and maintaining marketing content, overseeing editorial, and all other types of communication.
– Contribute to a variety of marketing campaigns and projects as needed. Setup and launch Email marketing campaigns.
Iterate and grow the product, documentation, product management and launch process, etc.
– Compose the products and website content.
– Update and write articles on products’ blog.
– Manage content as well launch promotion campaigns on Social Networks: Facebook, Twitter, Google+
– Other tasks will be assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager.
– Support Administrative tasks
