Mô tả công việc:
Conduct training need assessments to ensure high effectiveness of any training courses in term of development and application of knowledge/skill of participants and budget wise.
Design training contents and programs to meet the needs of business as well as learners.
Administrator training programs including but not limiting to securing all resources required for training like venue, tools, handouts,.., tracking participant attendances and coordinating with head of departments for arranging training schedule and suitable learners for the course.
Monitor participants’ performance and regularly coach to improve their performance if needed.
Provide feedback to management team in individual and group training program performance through internal training reports.

Kỹ năng công việc:
At least 4 years working experience in facilitating training courses.
Experience using a variety of training techniques to facilitate learning including lecture, activity-based learning, and skills practices.
Demonstrated ability to design and develop a variety of training programs to meet specific learners and business needs.
Proficient in designing different training programs, and track participant performance.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Proficient in the use of online survey tools and basic imaging editing tools
High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is a must
