A.Online Sales:

* Product:

– Understand and always update product’s knowledge

– Handle and update product’s image, information, price on website

– Update promotion program, event on website

* Sales:

– Send/ Call and answer all calls or email relating to selling

– Make sales plan and reach target

– Develop new customer

– Maintain relationship with current customer

– Make sales reports as request

– Collect and report customer’s feedback and competitor sales activities

– Give idea/ suggestion in improving service and increase TO

* Consulting:

– Do sales consulting for customers via call or email

– Answer all questions of customer relating to buying, paying

– Guide customer contact with CRM in order to receiving clearly consulting in product usage

B. Home shopping:

– Choose the suitable product for each TV Shopping channel, price setting – compare with P&L estimation

– Set up sale target for further execution

– Support partners to do product shooting, provide product information, product sample, related articles, documents.

– Follow up sale order, delivery goods, sales result & payment

– Send/ Call and answer all calls or email relating to selling
